This month I turn 37 and I wanted to share some ideas that help me to stay on track and keep me motivated. Motivation is like a nice hot shower, it feels good at the time, but the affect wears off after a while. So you must develop a motivational plan, you have to have motivation ready, just like carrying a piece of gun, there when you need it.

I hope these ideas help you stay motivated and this is one of your best years ever!

  1. Read something that motivates you each morning.
  2. Invest 15 minutes a day meditating on the awesome person you are becoming.
  3. Read the Ebook “You Could Quit, But That Wouldn’t Be Any Fun.”
  4. Talk to a motivated person often.
  5. Share your ideas with supporters only.
  6. Exercise at least 3 times a week.
  7. Trust and believe that your better days are head of you.
  8. Make Small Improvements Daily (MSID).
  9. Don’t take everything so seriously.
  10. Buy you a coloring book and tap into your inner child.
  11. Watch a movie that motivates you.
  12. Read the book “Little Book, Big Results.”
  13. Do something good for someone else.
  14. Write a “To Finish List.” Start off with small task, as you complete them you, you will gain momentum.
  15. Celebrate how far you have come in life so far already.
  16. Think about doing great things in life.
  17. Stop talking to unmotivated people… PERIOD!!!
  18. Step out of your comfort zone often.
  19. Read biographies of amazing people.
  20. Every Monday watch my friend Eric Thomas “Thank God It’s Monday.”
  21. If you have children, invest just 15 more minutes each day with them.
  22. Download motivational, inspirational and informational stuff to your smart phone.
  23. Dress up and go sit in the best 5 Star Hotel in your city or area.
  24. Dream in 3D!
  25. Celebrate others success often and say “I’m Next.”
  26. Read the book “A Productive State of Mind.”
  27. Remember yesterday ended.
  28. Quote this scripture often: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” Jeremiah 29:11
  29. Know the  process: Grow, learn, do, fail, succeed, and repeat
  30. Identify 3 major goals to achieve this year, review them daily and often.
  31. Remember you are a GENIUS, act like it!
  32. Live with your legacy in mind.
  33. Put 3 to 5 motivating statements on a 3x5 card keep it on you.
  34. Write in a personal journal each day. Track your journey.
  35. Go see something spectacular, a sunset, sunrise, a beautiful mountain, something that moves you.
  36. Tell yourself daily, “I’m a leader, I’m a winner, I’m a Genius, I succeed in life!!!”

Great motivating tips. You can write a paragraph or two. on each one of them and make an ebook. Great action steps is what makes this great. Faith without work is dead. We must move forward.
